As an elementary school principal and an assistant superintendent, I have found the system tools and strategies from Intercultural Innovations Inc (I3 to be valuable and meaningful when developing my staff’s capacity around equity, racial equity, anti-racism, and marginalization of the oppressed within K-12 public education.  Dr. Rev Hillstrom and his team bring a wealth of knowledge around equity and they pride themselves in designing relevant and responsive content to the professional development process.  It is evident that in today’s society and culture, educators along with public and political leaders are demanding to engage in conversation about race and equity.  From the murders of George Floyd to Breonna Taylor, educational leaders are looking for guidance on how to support students who are impacted by such atrocities in their communities.  Intercultural Innovation Inc., offers real and impactful strategies to facilitate conversations about race and equity in order to effectively manage discourses and support dialogues to reach productive outcomes.
