I.M.P.A.C.T. 1 Day DEAI Consciousness:
The course establishes system language for the participants to effectively grow both individually and institutional consciousness (C1) regarding:
- Systemic Racism – what is it and how to recognize it
- Implicit/Unconscious Bias – how it shows up and how to recognize it
iii. How to Start to Undo Bias iv. Microaggressions – how to recognize them and how to respond when encountering
- Cultural Awareness & Inclusion
All IMPACT courses utilize I3’s copywritten 3 Cs of Change to provide foundation for the work. The 1-day session provides theoretical foundations focused on building critical consciousness in the following areas.
I3 has 4 deliver models available for IMPACT 1- Consciousness for the district partners to choose from.

The course establishes system language, take personal and institutional ownership, and utilizes what has been learned to make direct application for the participants to effectively grow both individual and institutional Conciseness, Conviction and Commitment (3 C’s) regarding:
- Systemic Racism – what is it and how to recognize it
- Implicit/Unconscious Bias – how it shows up and how to recognize it

CLEAR IMPACT 1 Day Culturally Responsive / Validating Pedagogy:
The course utilizes system language for the participants to effectively build capacity ((Knowledge + Skill) x Will = Capacity) for administration and instructional staff regarding culturally responsive and validating pedagogy through interacting with the CLEAR Model and CLEAR Solutions Framework.
